The Ludlum Model 77-3 allows the user to stand back away from high level radiation sources to keep their dose ALARA while still being able to assess relatively high dose levels.

The 77-3 is eligible for Counts.Pro upgrade to allow the operator to easily record and share measurements via iOS or Android devices.  Counts.Pro would give you a digital display and bring the price up to about the same as the Model 78.  A lot more functionality for the price.

We also have the more modern version Ludlum Model 78’s with the digital display in another listing.  The 77-3 does the same thing without the digital display for almost 20% less.
